Total Duration: 1 Academic Year

Effective Teaching Days: 150 days in the academic year (excluding days set aside for admissions and examinations).

Attendance Requirement: Minimum 70% attendance in each course is compulsory to be eligible for the final examinations.
Instructional Hours (Regular Mode)

Course Workload: 6 periods a week for each 100-mark course.

Weekly Teaching Hours: 36 hours/periods per week (6 periods × 6 days).

Class Duration: 50 minutes per lecture period.

Structure: 1 Academic Year consisting of 3 contact sessions, with each session lasting 2 weeks.

Depending on the major area of study chosen, applicants must meet the following additional academic backgrounds:

English Education: BA pass or equivalent with an English major.

Nepali Education: BA pass or equivalent with a Nepali major.

Mathematics Education: BA or B.Sc. pass or equivalent with a Mathematics major.

Science Education: B.Sc. pass or equivalent with a Science background.

Business Studies Education: BBS pass or equivalent.

IT in Education: Bachelor's degree pass or equivalent from any discipline, securing an aggregate score of at least a Second Division.

Health Education: BA pass or equivalent with any major area.

Population Education: BA pass or equivalent in any discipline.

Social Studies Education: BA pass or equivalent in any discipline.
